CAD: Several Hotfixes and Workarounds from Autodesk ...

We look at recent Autodesk information now that we are no longer MIA.

Here at Kung Fu Drafter we are CAD professionals working in a production environment. Unfortunately that means sometimes we are forced to put in the extra time to make certain the projects meet deadlines. So last week we were not able to post as much as we would have liked. But have no fear because we are back in the saddle with some more of the Kung Fu Drafter goodness.

This week are going to start with a quick look at some of the Autodesk information we missed out on last week. This list of information from Autodesk contains some real sweet nuggets. This is the kind of things that would have inspired us to write some amazing and insightful posts sure to rock the very foundations of the CAD world. Unfortunately we were busy elsewhere. Trust us though; those would have been some great posts.

First let’s take a look at some hotfixes and workarounds for 2010 Autodesk products:

As always, we recommend that you read the accompanying ReadMe file for these, or any, hotfixes. There you will find complete information and installation for the download. Also, be sure that you are downloading the correct version of these or any download. Many Autodesk updates and hotfixes, these hotfixes are available for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions, so choose carefully. Also be certain to carefully read and understand all workaround information before beginning the process.

As you can see, while we were busy keeping up with the production needs, Autodesk was pretty busy themselves. It’s really quite a shame when we stop to think of all the great posts that have been lost to the ages. Yes sir, that list could have inspired some award winning posts. But here at Kung Fu Drafter we do not believe in dwelling on what is lost …
