We continue our look at the new Apple iPad with a collection of links from around the internet.
Previously we posted Part 1 of a short series of posts looking at the recently announced Apple iPad. We had originally had planned to post the follow-up posts immediately following Part 1. However, it seemed that there was so much being said concerning the iPad at the time, we chose instead to wait for the flurry to settle down.
Now that it seems that all of the immediate thoughts have been expressed and the most evident opinions have risen to the top of the flotsam we would like to present some of the articles that we think articulated some of the more informative and/or insight opinions. We feel that these articles combine to form a very informed view of Apple’s iPad. For the sake of organization we have tried our best to categorize this list as simply as possible.
It is hard to deny sleek, albeit familiar, appearance of the Apple iPad. At one-half inch thick, it is nearly magical that something so thin can do anything at all. Several very intelligent discussions on the advancements and/or limitations that have presented by the Apple iPad are appearing all of the net. Here are some of our favorites.

Apple's custom A4 processor ...Equally, and perhaps even more importantly, to the analysis of the hardware for the Apple iPad is the marketing Apple will use to move it. While the tablet market itself is not anything new, the price point of the Apple iPad moves creates a new “casual” tablet market. There can be no doubt that the positioning of the iPad will greatly affect its acceptance. Add to that the fanatically momentum of Apple and it’s “other than computer” products and you could have a new dominance to add to Apple’s trophy case.

While it is unclear whether the iPad will be a commercial success there can be little doubt that its mere existence is a notable footnote in history. Whether cemented in hands-on experience or cumulative research, opinions of the Apple iPad seem to be very heartfelt. It is clear that no matter what your own opinion, you will find a sympathetic group of vocal geeks to help you support.
In writing this, we were determined to try our best to present a collected, even-handed view of the general acceptance of the Apple iPad as we see it. To present these links with any less thought would be careless and unprofessional.
