CAD: You Ought to Make an AUGI Wish ...

Are you a long time CAD professional? Have you been rocking the drafting scene, using the latest software? Have you ever said “Pft, Autodesk should add this feature or change this default”? Over the years we’ve heard it all here at Kung Fu Drafter. Well if you are one of those guys, do we have some exciting news for you!

The annual AUGI Wishlist is open! You can go to the AUGI site and make a wish for that perfect suggestion you’ve been sitting on. Or you can just go and rank the suggestions other people have submitted. Either way, you get to be part of the process. Historically Autodesk has paid very close attention to the AUGI Wishlist. So you can be sure you aren’t wasting your time.

But before you go, leave us a comment and let us know what you wished for. Trust us, it may still come true …

I'm looking forward to the Hall of Fame, once that's completed (the AUGI wishes that have been put into the products).

The pain right now is sifting through the existing wishes to get them ranked and narrowed down for the Top 10 voting in November (I'm told once that's done, ranking and voting will go much more quickly in 2012).
