Blog: It's End of the Year Blog Cleaning Time ...

Ah, can you believe that 2011 is nearly over? We sure can’t, but it’s true. In just a few days 2011 is going to be nothing more than one more memory on the pile of years past. And what a year it was! From business deals like Google buying Motorola to the debut of the iPhone 4S and the epic battle of Samsung versus Apple all over the globe, it’s been quite the year for Geeks!

Still, all good things must come to an end and that means that it is time to pack up the Christmas knick-knacks and do a little end-of-year cleanup around the dojo. First on the list? Well our very own list of blogs! That’s right, it’s time to go through the blogroll and figure out who is still active and who is just taking up valuable real estate. That’s where you, dear reader, come in!

If you are on our blogroll and have been … slow to post but plan to keep plugging, drop us a note and let us know! We don’t want to cut anyone from the list that is still active! Even more important are the NEW blogs! So if you have started a new CAD and / or Geek blog in 2011 and it’s not represented on the list let us know! We will get you added to the new and improved 2012 listing ASAP!

The last item on our to-do list that blog related will be entirely up to our readers who are current bloggers. If you are a blogger covering Autodesk products or projects and you want to be included in our weekly recap posts send us a post. We’ve been reaching out to bloggers, but hey … this is probably faster!

So, as you can see, the end of the year isn’t the only thing on our plates. We’ve been taking some time off around Christmas but boy, do we have some posts to get out before our eye-wiggling cat clock strikes midnight on New Year’s Eve …
