If there is one thing we can all agree on, it’s our love of gadgets. But the standard, run-of-the-mill gadget won’t satiate the techno lust of the Kung Fu Drafter. No. We require gadgets on the periphery of sanity. The sort of gadget that is so insane it borders on the edge of the ridiculous!
A Plurality of Ports
So what sort of gadget gets us all worked up? Well we are starting off today with a USB charger. But not just any USB charger. This charger has multiple ports. Like 16 USB ports! Oh yeah, we said “16 USB ports”! Is that nuts or what?
But that is just what Datamation Systems’ PowerPad 16 charging unit is. It is one big block of USB charging goodness! How else could you possibly recharge 16 devices at once? Oh sure, they say it’s “designed for charging Apple devices” but that just isn’t how we swing at the dojo. We got all sorts of non-Apple plans for that bad boy
Take Note
So what could we possibly do with a 16 port USB charging station? Oh you mean besides powering our own private army of battle-bots? Well we could always plug in our new Samsung Galaxy Note! That is, if we had one. Which we do not. Unfortunately.
Who could resist 5.3” of Android smartphone goodness? This thing is a monster! Bigger than any phone on the market, smaller than any tablet. What could be better than being in a product category all to yourself? And it even comes with a capacitive stylus that fits right into the handset! Pardon us as we wipe away our drool.
Don’t Try This At Home
Oh sure, maybe a 16-port USB charging station and a 5.3” smartphone aren’t for everyone. But when we go gadget buying it’s more like big game hunting. It may not be for everyone, but it’s just how you roll when your kung fu is this strong …

I NEED that 16 port USB charger for home! My wife and I were discussing today that we should set up a charging area for our devices! This would be perfect! Thanks for the tip!
The PowerPad 16 is an amazing little bit of kit isn't it? On the slightly more human-appropriate side of things there is a nifty little gadget called the ChargePod.
