Here at Kung Fu Drafter we have started out on the road to new applications many many times. Almost all of those journeys began with a simple interest and ended in gaining a whole new set of skills that have proven useful in my daily life as a CAD professional and manager. Whether the application we are learning is AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Photoshop or Dreamweaver there is one thing that we have found to be true in every instance.
Developments have been springing up all over the CAD world lately. Yesterday we discussed Bentley’s release of Substation V8i and the new Be Connected series of online seminars. Both of which must come as great news for Bentley users. But Autodesk users have nothing to cry over. The good people at Autodesk have certainly been very busy themselves.
